    Dale Jonathan Winton (22 May – 18 April ) was an English radio DJ and television presenter. He presented the shows Supermarket Sweep from until and again in , the National Lottery game show In It to Win It between and and the series of Hole in the Wall.

    Winton also presented Pets Win Prizes (–96) and The Other Half (–).

    • Early life

    Winton was born on 22 May to a Jewish father, Gary Winton, and actress Sheree Winton, a Jewish convert. Winton's father died on the day of his bar mitzvah and so he was brought up by his mother.[1][2] Winton's mother died by suicide in while suffering from depression.[3][4]
