Lovingly known as Sheila B., she has inspired many by allowing God to make her over in this new and exciting season.
First lady, turned mentor, author and advocate for minister’s wives and women in ministry, has built her life sharing God’s truths. She currently serves as President of Sheila B. Ministries.

Sheila received a B.A. in Christian Education from Bishop College in Dallas, Texas and an Honorary Doctor of Humanities degree from Dallas Baptist University. Some of Dr. Bailey’s accomplishments include Chapel Speaker for Beeson Divinity School, The Evangelical Homiletical Society, Dallas Baptist University, Our Daily Bread 1-Day Bible Conference and at Just Give Me Jesus, sponsored by Anne Graham Lotz in America and Puerto Rico.
